For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Social Project Wellington CBD, whose Instagram handle is @socialprojectnz. The “Prize” refers to the listed prize(s) as outlined on the previous page or corresponding post.
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

‍Entry Deadline
All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 31 July 2025.

Eligibility
Open to residents of New Zealand only.
Entrants must be 16 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Entry Platforms
Competitions may be entered via Instagram, Facebook, and the official Social Project website.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries across all platforms per prize.

Referral Bonus
If the competition includes a referral component, referred individuals must complete their entry for the referring party to qualify for a bonus entry.
Referrals must be genuine and verifiable to be valid.

Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen at random and contacted via social media or email.
If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Redemption
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of being delivered or made available to the winner. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or reassigned at the Promoter’s discretion.

Liability
The Promoter will not be held liable for the failure to receive entries.
No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Right to Cancel or Amend
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
